Tricia Porter - Bordon Ranges exhibition

The photographs have since been published and exhibited in a number of places, and Tricia would like to acknowledge the kind permission of the Army authorities to undertake and show this project.

The images are a mixture of celebration of the wild life that flourishes in this unlikely setting, the strong images that the tanks create, and the strange metamorphoses that they undergo in a camera lens: a buffalo, a Japanese ornamental garden and much else magically and mysteriously appear in this kingdom of broken weapons and forgotten trappings of war. And all around, dragonflies hover on sandy pools and a myriad of small animals hide in secret places...
